Job summary

Rhythm Careers is recruiting on behalf of a Dublin-based design studio for an experienced architect to lead the technical side of a housing project, from tender through to site completion.

The role focuses on tender drawings, coordinating consultants during design and technical stages, and managing on-site issues as they arise. This is an ownership role, guiding the project from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Solid architectural experience, ideally on housing projects.
• Strong grasp of construction detail and technical documentation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple consultants and manage site issues as they arise.
• Ownership mindset: see project through from start to finish, not just milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of the project from tender through to completion on site.
• Prepare tender drawings with strong technical rigor.
• Coordinate design and technical input from consultants to ensure alignment.
• Manage site activities, resolve issues, and ensure smooth on-site delivery.
• Take ownership and drive the project through to end.
