Overview

We are seeking motivated Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our care team in Knockrobin Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards of care practiced in the relevant care setting.
  • Undertake the day-to-day running of the HCA team allocated to their area under the direction of the unit CNM or Nurse in charge.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in care of the older person or a comparable role is desirable;
  • Demonstrable leadership skills;
  • Good level of IT skills;
  • Familiarity with EpicCare platform is advantageous;
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
