Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex software, platform, or digital product programs.
• Experience guiding cross-functional engineering teams through influence rather than direct authority.
• Background delivering SaaS, cloud, mobile, API, or platform-based products.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives and manage stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex software and platform programs across multiple engineering teams from concept through launch.
• Own integrated program planning, governance, milestones, release strategies, dependencies, and execution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Quality, Clinical, Security, Operations, and business teams to align delivery with strategic priorities.
• Anticipate risks, surface trade-offs, and drive timely decisions across organisational boundaries.
• Provide clear executive communications, program health reporting, and actionable insights for decision-making.
