Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction.

• Ability to communicate clearly with site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage health & safety across multiple live construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with Irish H&S legislation, regulations, and company policies.
• Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Follow up on site observations and ensure corrective actions are completed on time.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a practical, firm but fair approach to health & safety management.
