Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor the company’s EHS Management System across active sites
  • Champion a positive health and safety culture among site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site inspections and generate detailed reports to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to embed best-practice safety standards
  • Provide coaching and guidance to site personnel on EHS matters
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the project team

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred)
  • 8+ years’ experience in health and safety roles, ideally within construction
  • Strong understanding of Irish health and safety regulations and site practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
