Job summary

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor leader, seeks a Hardware Design & Manufacturing Lead to own VT Electron hardware from concept to high-volume production. You will set the hardware roadmap, drive architecture decisions, and coordinate internal teams with contract manufacturers to deliver scalable, production-ready hardware.

You will champion DFM/DFT principles, oversee reliability strategies, and partner with firmware, cloud, and regulatory teams to ensure robust, compliant edge devices.

Qualifications

• Experience taking hardware solutions from concept to high-volume production.
• Strong leadership of hardware teams across design, test and manufacturing.
• Expertise in DFM/DFT/DFMA and hardware verification methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware product roadmap for VT Electron’s devices and platforms.
• Define architecture decisions including components, wireless, power management and sensors.
• Coordinate with internal design teams and contract manufacturers to deliver production-ready hardware.
• Drive BOM cost reduction and component rationalisation while safeguarding reliability.
• Lead qualification testing, environmental and mechanical stress testing, and test strategies.
• Collaborate with firmware/software teams on hardware-software co-design and regulatory compliance.
