Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Dublin seeks a Senior Medical Scientist to lead day-to-day operations in the Haematology Laboratory. You will ensure high quality service, support ISO 15189 and JCI accreditation standards, and work with the Laboratory Manager and Consultant Haematologist.

You will supervise staff, optimise testing workflows, manage resources and contribute to service improvements while collaborating across hospital departments.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as a Medical Scientist is required.
• ACSLM recognised MSc in Biomedical Science is required.
• Minimum 3 years medical laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Haematology Laboratory.
• Ensure ISO 15189 and JCI accreditation standards are met.
• Assist in optimisation of testing workflows and resource management.
