The role focuses on on-site management, safety leadership, and coordinating civil works, with responsibility for delivering quality on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Trade background preferable.
• Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Methodical and accurate in work.
• Able to work with people at all levels and in a team.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to take responsibility for tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own health and safety management on the project.
• Understand delivery programme and report weekly, intervening to prevent delays.
• Attend daily whiteboard meetings.
• Inspect on-site works and address quality issues promptly.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare daily allocation sheets for labour and materials.
• Oversee civil engineering and groundworks contractor.
• Set up and maintain logistics walkways and routes.
• Coordinate works from foundations to external finishes and landscaping.
• Move labour, machinery and materials on/off site via logistics software.
• Maintain a safe site with strong H&S practices.
• Coordinate subcontractors to hand over to Finishing Foreman as per programme.
• Liaise with engineering team for waste management records.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect company brand.
