Job summary

The Maples Group seeks a Professional Support Lawyer for its Irish Funds and Investment Management team. The role may be part-time or full-time, with scope to tailor working patterns while delivering knowledge management and legal support.

You will advise on regulatory developments, draft precedents, and train fee-earners. Collaboration with partners will enhance relationships and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least six years' PQE in a funds-focused law firm.
• Experience as a PSL is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency with knowledge management technology and document automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing precedents, legal guides and practice notes.
• Researching legal and market developments and communicating alerts.
• Coordinating training sessions with L&D and supporting client development and thought leadership.
• Liaising with lawyers to gather feedback and promote knowledge-sharing.
