Job summary

U.S. Bank in Ireland is seeking a Financial & Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst to lead the preparation and review of fund financial statements and regulatory filings under IFRS, US GAAP, and local standards.

You will collaborate with auditors, investment managers and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely reporting while prioritising risk management and client service. The role offers a hybrid schedule for 3+ days in the office and an 8‑month contract, focused on end‑to‑end

Qualifications

• Accounting, finance or business degree or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in Funds Financial and Regulatory Reporting is essential.
• Ability to work within a team and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong time management and Excel skills.
• Experience with regulatory filings and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review fund annual and semi-annual financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory rules.
• Prepare disclosures and supporting files, and review third party filings.
• Handle delegated Fund Investment Manager filings (AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF, CPO PQR).
• Deliver high quality service and support risk management and client satisfaction.
• Promote a positive environment and collaborate with auditors and managers.
