Qualifications

• Primary Degree or a Professional or Accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Significant experience working in the provision of fund administration service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of client services and maintain understanding of client SLA provisions and KPIs.
• Oversee NAV calculations and timely NAV dissemination.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and manage client funds operations.
• Ensure staff onboardings and resource planning support delivery of outcomes.
