Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong Python backend development experience.
• Practical React.js experience; advanced frontend skills not required.
• Experience with AWS and cloud environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and own delivery.
• Senior-level maturity; influence technical direction even without formal titles.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of driving and executing the technical roadmap for the upcoming year.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code and contribute to design decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and other technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Take responsibility for technical delivery, prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Leverage AI-powered coding tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Contribute to cloud-based application development and deployment using AWS.
• Operate independently and own the technical responsibilities of a senior position.
