Job summary

Miratech is seeking a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud‑native applications powering core business processes. You will use Java and Spring Boot on the backend, React with TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js where appropriate.

Experience with WFM/CX or contact center solutions is a plus. The role emphasizes feature ownership from design to production, with strong emphasis on modular microservices, secure APIs, and modern testing practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Java and Spring technologies, incl. Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend development experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component‑based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud‑based and containerized applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and established software engineering practices.
• Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.
• Develop and consume REST APIs using an API‑first approach; maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.
• Contribute to modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and OO/event‑driven design patterns.
• Use Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, or tooling.
• Model and optimize PostgreSQL data models with integrity and performance in mind.
• Implement reliable REST API integrations with internal/external systems and messaging patterns.
• Containerize applications and contribute to cloud deployment patterns and environment consistency.
• Build Jenkins‑based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates.
• Instrument applications with logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, resilience, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product/UX/QA/DevOps and other engineers in design sessions and code reviews.
