Job summary

Noloco, a remote-first SaaS company with teams in Ireland, Spain, and North America, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. You will work across frontend and backend to deliver an exceptional product experience, shaping the AI Co-Builder, APIs, workflow engine, data models and user interfaces.

You will collaborate across product, growth, support, and engineering to ship meaningful improvements end-to-end, from design and implementation to measurement and iteration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer on complex web applications.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills across Node.js and React.js.
• Experience designing clean, scalable APIs (GraphQL a plus).
• Experience building AI-powered agents, workflows and user experiences.
• Solid understanding of frontend performance, state management, and design systems.
• A product mindset focused on user experience.
• Comfortable working without PM overhead and shaping problems.
• Experience at startup or high-engineering-bar company.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across the Noloco stack (backend services, GraphQL APIs, React-based UI).
• Advance the Noloco AI Co-Builder capabilities using frontier-model improvements.
• Design and improve reusable React components and design systems for the app builder.
• Scale backend systems and APIs to meet growing customer demand.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver polished user experiences.
• Improve analytics, observability, monitoring and alerting across the stack.
• Mentor other engineers and drive technical discussions to raise the bar.
