The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, FP&A Supply Chain Corporate to lead cost planning, analysis, and transformation across regions from its Ireland (Drogheda) base. You will drive standardized processes, automation, and cost visibility to enable strategic decisions and performance improvements across the supply chain finance function.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
15+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, or supply chain finance, with leadership in global or multi‑region environments.
Professional accounting designation such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
Understanding of supply chain economics and cost modelling, with analytical ability to translate insights into priorities.
Experience leading teams in highly matrixed organizations with cross‑functional partners across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 18 associates and partner with Genpact Lead and sustain annual Region Standards costing across CPS plants.
Partner with global CPS Finance and cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain transparency in costing methodologies.
Oversee SAP costing cycles and master data integration across finance systems; analyze variances.
Provide monthly performance reporting with analytics on purchase price variance and historical trends.
Develop advanced forecasting models for key supply chain cost drivers and provide scenario analyses.
Champion global reporting standards; drive automation to improve accuracy and user experience.
Contribute to enterprise transformations such as S/4HANA deployment and financial planning integration.
Drive productivity and process efficiency in the supply chain finance function.
Provide direction to third‑party managed services and ensure internal controls.
Foster a diverse, collaborative team environment and career growth within the function.
