Job summary

Tines is seeking a founding member of its forward deployed team to work directly with strategic enterprise customers, driving AI adoption and ensuring maximum value from the platform. You will own the full customer success arc, from adoption to identifying new opportunities, with autonomy in complex environments and in-person client engagements.

You will train stakeholders, troubleshoot, present business cases to leadership, and help shape product feedback.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable value from complex technical products inside enterprise environments.
• Strong engineering skills to own integrations, troubleshoot production issues and understand customer infrastructure.
• Strong Python skills (plus ideally TypeScript, Java, or similar).
• Production experience with LLMs and AI systems: prompt engineering, agent workflows, and deployment at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment: Lead the technical implementation of Tines' platform within complex enterprise environments. Integrating with existing systems, configuring for customer-specific workflows and ensuring a fast, smooth path to deliverable outcomes.
• Drive adoption across the organisation: Proactively support and train users and stakeholders in the customer at every level from hands-on technical teams to business leaders ensuring the platform is understood actively used and maximized.
• Identify and develop new use cases: Through deep familiarity with each customer's business, continuously surface new opportunities where Tines' platform can create additional value expanding adoption across teams, workflows, and business units.
• Be the primary technical point of contact: Serve as the customer's trusted advisor on all things platform-related. Troubleshooting issues, delivering workshops, answering technical questions and resolving blockers before they become problems.
• Maintain strong customer relationships: Build lasting partnerships at every level of the organisation, from daily users to executive sponsors with a focus on long-term retention and growth.
• Feed insights back to the product: Codify what you learn in the field. Surfacing recurring friction points, unmet needs and high-value use cases and sharing these with Tines' internal teams such as Engineering, Product and GTM.
• Travel 20-40% to customer sites to build trust, accelerate adoption and deepen relationships in person.
