Overview

Our client is an international construction company. They wish to appoint a seasoned Site Manager to oversee a part new build & extensive refurbishment of medical facility in South Co Dublin. The programme is 12 month with additional works there due to come on stream.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a part new build and extensive refurbishment of a medical facility in South Co Dublin.
• Take project from initial works to a full refurb including M&E, science labs, waiting rooms, ceiling and wall fittings, doors and glass installations, all meticulously engineered to ensure precision and reliability, meeting the highest standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Emphasis upon technical facilities and provision of specific healthcare materials, which need to be incorporated alongside other elements of function and design.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare / medical / hospital fit-out experience desirable.

Salary

Salary to €110K with full package
