The role requires a Qualified or Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, leading budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance reporting. The annual salary ranges from €70,000 to €80,000, with a bonus scheme and hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounts role in an Irish Industry or Practice role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial reporting tools preferable.
• A keen interest in the day-to-day running of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial strategy, and performance analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure accurate month-end, statutory, and compliance reporting.
