A well-established accounting practice in Ireland is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage client portfolios and provide high-quality audit and advisory services. Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with experience at Senior Accountant level.
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience within a professional practice.
• Strong technical grounding in Irish GAAP and familiarity with FRS 102.
• Solid understanding of Irish tax compliance for individuals and companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients and prepare management accounts.
• Provide high-quality accounting and advisory services to clients.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and companies.
• Support junior colleagues through coaching and feedback.

Skills

Full qualification as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent

Experience in a professional practice environment

Strong technical grounding in Irish GAAP

Understanding of Irish tax compliance

Supervising or mentoring junior colleagues

Highly organized and detail-focused

Proficiency in accounting software
