Job summary

HireIQ is seeking a motivated Financial Accountant to join its finance team in South Dublin. This full-time, office-based role offers exposure to group reporting, financial consolidation and strategic decision-making.

You will contribute to financial reporting, budgeting and business insight while supporting a collaborative finance function. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with PQE, strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial reporting systems; ability to work

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' PQE in a similar role.
• Experience leading or managing a team within a medium/large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Analyse performance and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Support continuous improvement across reporting, systems and processes.
