Our client, a top-tier international professional services firm in Ireland, seeks an Accounts & Business Advisory Services Senior to own a portfolio and champion modern finance technology. You will lead complex management accounts, supervise tax returns, and drive AI-enabled finance transformation.

The role offers mentorship to juniors, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to impact client outcomes through automation and insightful advisory work.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CA newly qualified or equivalent.
• Experience in fast-paced professional practice environment.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting software and client advisory work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex management accounts for a diverse client portfolio.
• Supervise and review VAT, VIES, RTD, and Intrastat returns.
• Support clients in finance tech adoption, automation, and AI solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and review their work.
• Contribute to team utilisation, revenue and profitability targets.
