Weve Security Limited is seeking a hands-on engineer to work directly with customers, writing code and diagnosing data problems as part of security deployments. You’ll connect SaaS and identity sources, investigate telemetry, and help define what a successful evaluation should prove.
You’ll collaborate with customers and our engineering team to turn recurring fixes into maintained capabilities, document findings, and leave customers with a working deployment and clear next steps.
Weve is building workplace security for a world where people and AI agents work across dozens of systems. We connect activity, identity and business context so security teams can investigate risks that no single tool can explain on its own.
A promising demo is only the beginning. Customer environments have missing logs, inconsistent identities, unusual permissions and workflows that nobody documented. You’ll work through those details with customers and our engineering team so an evaluation produces evidence, not another unfinished integration.
This is a hands‑on engineering role close to the customer. You’ll write code, investigate data problems and help define what a successful deployment should prove. The recurring problems you find should become product improvements rather than a growing collection of customer‑specific fixes.
Security operations, cloud audit logs, enterprise SaaS integrations, identity systems or experience running technical proofs of value.
You’ll work directly with the people building and selling Weve. We expect you to question the brief, make decisions within your area and follow through after something ships. Customer evidence matters more than how convincing an idea sounds in a meeting.
We work remotely and write down our decisions so people can make progress without waiting for everyone to be online. Read more about the team and why we’re building Weve .
