Job summary

Viatris is seeking a procurement professional to manage a defined portfolio of external manufacturing suppliers and support commercial negotiations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing or supplier management.
• Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a defined portfolio of external manufacturing suppliers, including business reviews, cost improvement initiatives and supplier performance management.
• Support commercial negotiations with existing and potential suppliers to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality, service and continuity of supply.
• Assist with contract management processes, partnering with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and approval requirements.
• Provide market intelligence and benchmark pricing data to support sourcing decisions and negotiations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Legal, R&D, Regulatory and Business Development teams.
• Support procurement activities related to new product launches, transfers and supply network projects.
• Identify, elevate and help resolve supplier-related risks and operational issues.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and business case development to enable effective management decision making.
