A leading AI customer service firm in Dublin is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support C-level leadership. In this role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, and enhance operational efficiency using AI tools. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and a strong interest in technology. The position offers a competitive salary and is hybrid with office attendance three days per week.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with strategic, driven, and fast-paced executives, who are critical to the success of the company and need a Senior EA who can enable them to do their best work. The ideal candidate is exceptional at tactical administration (mastering calendars, travel logistics, and operational flow), as well as someone who thrives on removing friction from their leaders’ worlds through organisational excellence and AI-enabled tooling. This exciting role requires an ability to proactively anticipate needs, work with a high level of autonomy, and think critically to offer high impact solutions for your leaders.
