Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking a Senior Estimator to relocate to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $158,000 to $165,000 CAD, plus a relocation package of $15,000 to $25,000 CAD.

The successful candidate will have over 10 years of field and estimating experience and be responsible for preparing estimates, developing schedules, and training junior estimators. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, a pension scheme, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined field and estimating experience.
• Gold Seal Certification and LEED Accreditation are assets.
• Ability to interpret tender documents with understanding of contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop coaching and mentoring skills within the estimating team.
• Prepare preliminary construction schedules based on productivity.
• Review and analyze subcontractor bids for accuracy.
