The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of construction management and estimating experience, with a strong understanding of construction contracts. A competitive salary of $200k – $220k is offered, along with relocation support and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction project management and estimating experience.
• Gold Seal Certified, LEED Accredited, and other certifications are assets.
• Proficiency in quantification software and BIM modelling is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimating operations and lead the estimating process.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the estimating team.
• Manage bid closings and ensure scope of work is accurately quantified.
