Qualifications

• Strong experience in environmental management on major infrastructure or transport programmes.
• Strong understanding of Irish EIA/SEA legislation and EU Directives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead environmental compliance programmes on complex construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with all relevant Irish and EU environmental legislation.
• Manage conditions arising from An Bord Pleanála's Railway Order.
• Oversee the implementation of mitigation measures and monitoring programmes.
