Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an Environmental Manager in Dublin to ensure compliance with all environmental obligations for the Dublin MetroLink project. This role includes strategic oversight, compliance assurance, and technical leadership, working closely with contractors and managing stakeholder communication. A strong background in environmental management within infrastructure projects is essential, coupled with effective leadership and regulatory expertise. The position supports a hybrid work model that facilitates work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in environmental management on major infrastructure or transport programmes.
• Experience working client‑side or in a PMO environment on large multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead environmental compliance programmes on complex construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with all relevant Irish and EU environmental legislation.
• Manage conditions arising from An Bord Pleanála’s Railway Order.
• Oversee the environmental monitoring programme and track performance indicators.
