A leading Irish contractor is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Advisor for a refurbishment project in Dublin City. The ideal candidate must have over 6 years of construction experience and will be responsible for implementing EHS standards and promoting safety culture on site. Senior Environmental Health & Safety Advisor (Refurbishment)

Our client is a leading tier-1 Irish main contractor and are currently seeking a Senior EHS Advisor for a large refurbishment building project in Dublin City.

Currently require a Safety Advisor with 6+ years' construction experience on residential, commercial, industrial or civils projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company’s EHS Management System on the project
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture on site with site management, contractors, and workers
  • Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspections and reports
  • Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
  • Influence and coach the site team in implementing best-practice EHS standards
Requirements
  • Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
  • Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications
