Job summary

Hovione, a global CDMO, invites an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance operations, lead technical teams, and drive reliability of site equipment and utilities at our Cork site. You will champion TPM, calibration, and continuous improvement while ensuring GMP compliance and safety.

We seek a degree in engineering, 7–10 years in manufacturing maintenance, and proven leadership of maintenance teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Engineering and Maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams or contractors.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Experience with SAP or CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations and lead technical teams and contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure site equipment reliability.
• Maintain GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Review maintenance plans and support local engineering projects.
