John Sisk & Son Ltd seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the Life Science Team in Tralee. The role drives engineering strategy on site, coordinates with line management, and ensures QA compliance, document control, and temporary works coordination for multiple projects.

The ideal candidate brings Civil Engineering expertise, extensive surveying and dimensional control experience, and strong communication skills to manage NCRs, RFIs, and method statements across complex interfaces.

Qualificações

• Has deep knowledge of underground services and risk control procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven experience in engineering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of survey equipment and dimensional control on large-scale projects.
• Experience with quality control procedures, inspections, and NCP/NCR processes.
• Proficient with project planning software and document control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering function on site and coordinate with line manager.
• Oversee as-built surveys and ensure adherence to tolerances across interfaces.
• Maintain daily engineering diary and manage QA records.
• Review and close out Non-Conformances and issues per NCR process.
• Issue Permits to break ground and liaison with safety and permits teams.
• Develop method statements and risk assessments for project tasks.
• Coordinate with supply chain and ensure accurate RFI handling.
