Job summary

Careeriser-Limited in North Dublin is seeking a senior site engineer/engineering manager to lead a large-scale residential build. You will oversee site management, QA, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring safety and quality across the programme.

This role requires a HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in Ireland, with demonstrable setting out and team leadership experience.

Qualifications

• HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' similar experience in Ireland.
• Experience with setting out and managing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, QA, subcontractor coordination and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee health and safety, quality and project compliance.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical queries and issue resolution.
• Manage subcontractors, utilities and stakeholders to meet programme targets.
• Monitor progress, resolve delays and conduct quality inspections.
• Oversee QA, document control and building control compliance.
• Coordinate work packages, trade sequencing and procurement.
• Drive efficiencies through design optimisation and value engineering.
• Lead site engineering teams and promote a customer-focused culture.

Essentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, minimum of 5 years' similar experience in Ireland, experience with setting out and managing engineers.

Location: North Dublin
