Job summary

Linesight in Ireland is seeking a Senior Energy Marshall to lead on-site power and energization activities for large-scale datacentre projects. You will partner with EHS teams, review safety documentation, and oversee electrical distribution decisions on site.

You will bring a strong background in electrical engineering and construction management, with experience in MV switching, life-saving system engineering, and vendor management across international projects.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in construction management of large, complex MEP projects.
• Experience with MV switching and electrical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site oversight of Power and Energization activities.
• Partner with Environmental, Health, and Safety teams to drive Operational Excellence in Control of Hazardous Energy.
• Review safety documentation and conduct audits for safe conditions and practices.
• Support electrical infrastructure management throughout the datacentre campus.
• Train staff in Energy Isolation processes.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure safe testing and validation of MEP installations.
