Job summary

Designer Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Manager to lead electrical quality performance across the Energy & Industrial Business Unit. This senior role supports multiple complex projects and drives quality standards, defects reduction, and on-time handover.

You will collaborate with BU leadership, Project Managers, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning and QA/QC teams to deliver right-first-time outcomes across energisation and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline would be advantageous.
• Strong experience in Electrical QA/QC, Quality Management or Electrical Construction.
• Experience in energy, utilities, industrial, power, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical quality strategy for the Energy & Industrial BU.
• Provide direction to project-based Electrical QA/QC teams.
• Ensure consistent electrical quality standards across projects.
• Monitor NCRs, defects, rework and corrective actions.
