Linkedskills is recruiting an experienced Electrical Design Engineer for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects in North Cork. You will deliver electrical design from concept through commissioning, working with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years’ experience, with hands-on ability in LV/MV/HV systems, inspection and testing, and project documentation. Permanent, full-time with a competitive package including a company vehicle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years' electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, construction, industrial, or maintenance environments.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability.
• Eligible to work in Ireland with full driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide electrical design and technical engineering support across water and wastewater projects.
• Develop, review and support electrical designs and project documentation.
• Prepare and review technical reports and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Support commissioning and handover of projects.
• Maintain high standards of safety and QA/QC throughout project delivery.
