Senior EHS Manager - HV/MV Projects Lead

Job summary

JAM is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead project-based safety across construction and electrical installation activities for major multinational clients. You will drive EHS compliance, develop project-based teams and oversee audits, RAMS reviews and regulatory liaison.

HV/MV electrical installation expertise and a strong background in M&E/MEP are essential, with knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 and Irish/EU requirements. A full driving licence is required and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as an EHS Manager in construction/engineering.
• Experience supporting HV/MV electrical installations.
• Background in M&E/MEP, electrical infra or mission-critical projects.
• EHS qualification or accreditation such as NEBOSH/IOSH.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and European EHS requirements and ISO 45001/14001.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance and continuous improvement across multiple projects.
• Implement and maintain EHS policies, management systems and programmes.
• Develop project-based EHS teams and deliver training.
• Conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations with corrective actions.
• Manage risks on HV/MV installations, energisation and high-risk activities.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments, SOPs and Project Execution Plans.
• Monitor EHS performance and report KPIs to senior leadership.
• Represent the business in client meetings, regulatory inspections and audits.
