Job summary

ASafe Global is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for a 12-month contract in Grangecastle, Dublin. The role requires leading health, safety and environmental programs across complex projects, with strong electrical commissioning and MEP exposure.

You will develop compliant EHS policies, conduct audits and training, investigate incidents, and drive a proactive safety culture across operations. 12-month contract with immediate start and visa/work-permit prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an EHS Manager in construction, data centres or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with contractor management and permit-to-work systems.
• Certification such as CSP/ISO/NEBOSH or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and policies for regulatory compliance.
• Provide expert advice to management and employees and deliver EHS training.
• Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Stay updated with EHS regulations and ensure timely compliance.
• Assist in developing emergency response plans and participate in EHS committees.
