Job summary

Version 1 is hiring a Dynamics CRM specialist to design, develop and maintain CRM solutions on 9.2 On-Premise or similar. You will configure and extend CRM with APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and develop C# .NET Web APIs that integrate with CRM.

You will work with SQL Server, data models, security, and release management, collaborating with analysts and architects in an Agile delivery team to deliver robust, scalable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 9.2 On-Premise solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM architecture and integration with Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, SSRS and API-based backends.
• Experience with client-side customization using CRM APIs, JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of FetchXML.
• Understanding of CRM Plugin architecture.
• Experience with CRM data modelling and CRM security models.
• Experience designing and implementing C# Web APIs and integrating with Dynamics CRM.
• Experience interacting with CRM through the CRM SDK.
• Awareness of CRM performance considerations and platform best practices.
• Understanding of unit testing and integration testing approaches relevant to Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with .NET development.
• SQL Server experience, including database design and T-SQL development.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Configure, customize and extend CRM using APIs, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design and develop CRM plugins, workflows and integrations.
• Develop and maintain C# .NET applications and Web APIs that integrate with CRM.
• Work with SQL Server databases and T-SQL development.
• Develop and maintain CRM data models, security models and configurations.
• Support data migration, data integration and system enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, estimation, reviews and retrospectives.
• Contribute to unit testing, integration testing and QA activities.
• Troubleshoot application, performance and integration issues; implement resolutions.
• Support CRM release management across environments.
• Ensure solutions align with CRM best practices and security requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge across the team.
