Job summary

Fehily Timoney & Co in Ireland seeks an Associate Director - Environmental Engineering to lead our Circular Economy and Environmental team across Dublin, Cork or Carlow. With 15+ years in design and project leadership, you will steer multi-disciplinary teams, grow client relationships and manage complex circular economy projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering (Level 8/9).
• Chartered Engineer status or progressing to chartered within relevant body.
• Minimum 15+ years of design and project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil and environmental design teams and deliver projects on schedule, within budget, while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Mentor and guide senior and junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Create comprehensive technical reports and prepare detailed tender documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Owners to plan and manage design workflows.
