About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join Kingspan’s Group Marketing function. This person will take ownership of key digital marketing activities, ensuring management and co-ordination of projects.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional, Cross-Divisional & Agency Collaboration: Provide digital expertise to support brand and programme teams on agency engagements, ensuring requirements such as tracking, accessibility, SEO, and analytics are met.
- Contribute digital input to briefs, templates, and content frameworks to ensure best practice standards are upheld.
- Ensure deliverables meet digital requirements (naming conventions, Business IDs, tagging, analytics) and are properly stored in shared systems.
- Measurement & Insights: Own the reporting framework for digital marketing performance across platforms including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Semrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Hotjar.
- Ensure KPIs are defined, tracked, and communicated through dashboards.
- Feed into broader insights dashboards, combining campaign, sentiment, and performance data for group-level reporting.
- Best Practice & Enablement: Advise on digital marketing best practices across SEO, PPC, Organic & Paid Social, Analytics, and Marketing Automation.
- Develop modular training resources and frameworks to upskill divisional teams.
- Ensure enablement materials are aligned with governance frameworks and business goals.
- Compliance with MIM and Alignment with brand guidelines.
Website
- Support technical health of websites, including accessibility and SEO optimization.
- Provide expertise and support in web rollouts across markets, ensuring consistency and governance compliance.
- Support CX & UX projects such as website intercept surveys, ensuring findings inform future improvements.
Digital Governance & Standards
- Lead governance across the Kingspan digital ecosystem.
- Support divisions with governance queries and ensure adherence to global best practices.
Budget & Resource Support
- Assist in managing the Group Digital Marketing budget across tools, agencies, and training.
- Support contract renewals and vendor management.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing with strong governance/enablement exposure.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Siteimprove, Brandwatch, Semrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Power BI.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and large-scale digital projects.
- Ability to balance governance with execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across global teams.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
