Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary detailed design teams across major water and wastewater programmes. You will coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and construction inputs to produce coordinated, buildable designs ready for delivery and commissioning.

You will own design scope, programme, technical interfaces and assurance, while guiding value, standardisation and whole-life performance improvements and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure design projects.
• Ability to integrate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and process teams.
• Experience with NEC3/4 contracts and change control.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and safety practices.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage design scope, interfaces and change.

Responsibilities
