Job summary

Veolia Ireland is seeking a senior energy professional to develop VPP and DS3 services for industrial utilities and to help advance the company’s energy solutions portfolio. The role covers delivering energy market services and Hubgrade capabilities to clients while coordinating with multiple teams across Veolia.

The successful candidate will guide a small VPP team, oversee project origination to implementation, and may travel internationally to support strategic initiatives in Ireland’s growing

Qualifications

• Degree in Energy Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years in a similar senior role.
• Experience with tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Experience with CHP ops and energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of two Demand Side Units.
• Maintain participation in the Demand Side Markets for DSUs.
• Coordinate with Veolia UK & Ireland Site Monitoring Centre for troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance and expand VPP client base.
