Job summary

Horizon Controls Group seeks an experienced DeltaV CQV specialist to join our team for site-based Commissioning at MSD Ballydine, Ireland. You will work with Digital MMD teams and vendors to execute DeltaV commissioning and qualification activities through OQ, aligning with cGMP standards.

The role requires 5+ years in DeltaV and 3+ years in GMP site-based commissioning, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree.
• DeltaV standard training completed.
• 5+ years of experience with DeltaV application.
• 3+ years in site-based Commissioning role in GMP environment.
• Proven record of commissioning and qualification on complex systems.
• Understanding of cGMP's, SDLC methodologies and principles.
• Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross functional teams.
• Usual place of work: MSD Ballydine, Ireland (site-based).
• Spray drying experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Digital MMD teams and vendors for DeltaV commissioning and qualification.
• Report to the Digital MMD Project Lead for Automation CQV Support.
• Serve as SME for commissioning and qualification of DeltaV system.
• Lead DeltaV commissioning activities through to OQ completion.
• Manage Automation change requests from CQV activities.
• Coordinate with CSV and DDQ teams to ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with internal Digital departments ensuring MSD standards.
• Create DeltaV commissioning plans and execution records.
• Maintain loop test documentation and completion reports.
• Collect site testing and commissioning records.
• Provide OQ execution evidence and reports.
• Assess automation change requests and implementation records.
• Support CSV documentation and QA deliverables.
• Perform risk assessments and issue resolution documentation.
• Prepare stakeholder and project status reports.
• Complete CQV handover documentation.
• Support compliance and audit records.
