Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Modeler/Data Analyst to lead data modeling across operational and analytical platforms in Galway. You will work with business and technical teams to structure scalable data designs and ensure they align with enterprise standards.

The role requires analyzing source systems and data flows, building conceptual/logical/physical models, and collaborating across agile teams to deliver data artifacts on time while reducing data redundancy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience with data design, analysis and development with emphasis on PL/SQL and data loading concepts.
Demonstrated experience in: Data API design, PL/SQL, data warehouses, data modeling and data profiling.
Experience analyzing operational systems, data flows and consumption patterns.

Responsibilities

Engage with business and technology partners to understand requirements and analyze data gaps.
Create conceptual, logical and physical data models for multiple subject areas.
Produce physical designs for operational systems, data warehouses and data lakes.
Document and present database solutions for product partners and approvals.
Promote data API adoption and reuse across projects.
