Job summary

Deep Digital Solutions Group seeks a Data Consultant to support pharmaceutical manufacturing digital transformation. You will bridge business and technical teams to define requirements, document processes, and support data standards that improve quality and interoperability.

You will facilitate workshops, capture user stories, and translate needs into functional specs, while ensuring regulatory compliance (GMP/GxP) and maintaining rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Data Consulting roles.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proven ability to create process maps, user stories, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Experience working with data governance, data quality, or data standardization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, operational challenges, and data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and document requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Analyze business processes, system interactions, and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Data Consulting roles.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proven ability to create process maps, user stories, workflows, and functional documentation.
• Experience working with data governance, data quality, or data standardization initiatives.
• Understanding of systems integration and data flows across enterprise or manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and change management activities.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP environments would be advantageous.
