Job summary

Atrium (EMEA) in Dublin/Hybrid is seeking a Senior Data Analyst and Python Developer for a contract role, blending data analysis with software development on a pricing engine. You will analyze datasets, implement business rules in Python and SQL, and contribute to test automation and code management.

You will join a data science team responsible for pricing algorithms, collaborate with stakeholders, and document logic while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, data science, computer science or a related field.
• Strong Python and SQL programming experience.
• Experience with data analysis and solving problems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, deployment practices, version control and testing.
• Experience with Github and code management.

Responsibilities

• Develop logic using Python and SQL in the Pricing Engine and create automated tests.
• Oversee management of Pricing Engine code through lower environments and merges.
• Explore, analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Collaborate with the team and partners to solve problems.
• Document logic in the Pricing Engine and ensure design/code quality.
