Job summary

Deel is seeking an experienced Product Analytics professional to join our global platform team. You will partner with Product, Ops, and Engineering to derive actionable insights, shape product strategy, and drive data-informed decisions across the business.

With 5+ years in product analytics, you will own metrics, build dashboards in Looker, and mentor teammates while leveraging dbt, Snowflake, and LookML to model data for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Statistics/Economics or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in a product analytics role.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools.
  • Data modelling experience (dbt).
  • Excellent multitasking and communication with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Snowflake and LookML is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Dev teams to generate insights and optimize performance.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Apply domain knowledge to inform product strategy and analyze market data.
  • Design A/B tests, build self-service analytics, and create actionable dashboards.
  • Analyze complex datasets, build data models in dbt, and drive decision-making.
  • Evaluate new technologies and mentor fellow product analysts.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Dev teams to generate insights and optimize performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in product analytics team
  • Hands on experience in at least one modern BI tools (preferably Looker)
  • Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools (mixpanel / heap / amplitude)
  • Solid experience with Data Modelling (DBT)
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Experience with snowflake and LookML is a plus

  • Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
