Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who loves turning data into compelling stories and actionable insights. You will guide top-line growth and retention by improving data quality, driving adoption, and delivering high-impact analyses for Field Sales.

You will present analytics to diverse audiences and partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate needs into insights. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, working in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience navigating Tableau, Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Experience using AI models and tools to streamline data analytics and generate insights.
• Experience with SQL and working with large data sets.
• Experience with sales lifecycle with background in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Act as a data champion, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities to leverage data for business growth and operational excellence.
• Provide data‑driven support for escalations and enhancement requests by quantifying impact and prioritizing interventions.
• Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to streamline data analysis, automate reporting, and accelerate decision‑making for sales and executives.
• Explore large‑scale datasets using SQL and AI‑assisted analytics platforms to uncover actionable insights and trends.
• Partner with Product managers to build KPIs and AI‑driven insights to drive analytics and data democratization across DocuSign.
• Develop executive‑ready dashboards and visualizations to communicate health & usage and strategic opportunities for Account Teams.
• Drive AI‑enabled automation, self‑service analytics, and data governance to improve efficiency and insight quality.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Data Analyst, you are deeply curious about data and passionate about storytelling, with a strong ability to identify trends and patterns using analytics tools and methodologies. You are comfortable presenting analytics-driven insights to diverse audiences and tailoring messages based on technical aptitude. In this role, you will support top-line growth and retention metrics across DocuSign by improving data quality, driving internal adoption, and delivering high-impact analysis for Field Sales. You will build clear, compelling data narratives that help executives understand opportunities and accelerate decision‐making, while collaborating closely with our Field Teams, including Sales and Customer Success to translate data needs into actionable insights.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management.

Responsibility

• Drive AI‑enabled automation, self‑service analytics, and data governance to improve efficiency, scalability, and insight quality.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)

What you bring

Basic
