Job summary

Docusign seeks a Lead Solution Consultant for the EMEA region. You will act as the technical authority bridging our IAM platform with customers and translate goals into AI‑assisted workflows while advising key stakeholders.

This individual contributor role reports to the Manager of Solution Consulting for the EMEA region and supports a hybrid in‑office/remote work model with weekly office access.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Pre‑Sales or Consulting within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
• Experience with AI tools, APIs, and enterprise technology stacks.
• Fluency in English
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
• Experience engaging with executive‑level staff and articulating business value
• Experience with technical business documentation (workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Field Sales teams to cultivate and secure net‑new business within the EMEA region
• Uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture
• Engage in meaningful business and technical conversations, sharing industry insights with key stakeholders from all levels
• Establish technical credibility and build confidence in recommended solutions leveraging product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical Q&A, and business process diagrams
• Articulate selected recommendations and the business value they provide to diverse audiences
• Serve as an expert on the Docusign IAM platform, including integration of AI into SaaS platforms
• Work collaboratively with sales partners and other internal teams to provide a world‑class buying experience

What you’ll do

As a Lead Solution Consultant for the EMEA region, you will serve as the technical authority and primary bridge between our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform and our customers. You will partner with field sales teams to discover and understand complex customer business challenges, processes, and architectural landscapes to build world‑class integrated solutions. You will translate customer goals into operational, AI‑assisted agreement workflows and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Solution Consulting for the EMEA region.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 3 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• 8+ years of experience in Pre‑Sales or Consulting within an Enterprise SaaS environment, or equivalent experience
• Experience with AI tools, APIs, and enterprise technology stacks.
• Fluency in English
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
• Experience engaging with executive‑level staff and articulating business value
• Experience with technical business documentation (workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs)

Preferred

• Familiarity with Enterprise‑class systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Tech, Service, or Life Science industries
• Willingness to travel 30% or more as needed
