Job summary

F5 is seeking a Senior Data & AI Lead for Resilience Assurance in Ireland to embed real-time analytics and agentic AI into the organization’s assurance framework.

This leadership role will shift from traditional compliance monitoring to continuous, intelligent validation of policies and standards, ensuring resilience is dynamically strengthened amid evolving risks. You will pioneer AI-enabled audits and predictive resilience, partnering with executives and regulators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LLM Models: Strong understanding of current LLM models, integrations, prompt engineering, and use for example: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini.

• AI leadership: Proven experience deploying agentic AI, autonomous monitoring systems, and AI-drivencompliance solutions.

• Resilience & compliance knowledge: Anunderstandingin frameworks such as ISO 22301,ISO 27001, and regulatory standards is nice to have.

• Technical depth: Understanding ofIT architecture, cloud environments, and resiliency engineering.

• Executive presence: Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear,data-driven narratives.

• Certifications:Advanced AI/ML certifications are highly desirable.
